Right of Withdrawal (EU & EEA customers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the EEA, you have the right to
withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The
period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take
possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, inform us by a clear statement — an email to
[email protected] is enough — of your decision to withdraw. Sending
your notice before the 14-day period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline. You may
use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to.
Effects of withdrawal
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs
(excluding any extra cost arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the
cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from
the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you
used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise, and this refund
carries no fee of any kind. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to
goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This covers our personalised
products — engravings, photo products and custom text — once production has started. It
does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty or not as described.
