After the production phase, personalized items cannot be returned, while other non-personalized items are eligible for return.

You can cancel all orders within 24 first hours since purchasing and ordering. Please be aware that if you choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, a 5% cancellation fee based on the transaction amount will be applied.

Note: For items purchased during our Sale, Yourmoment. does not provide refunds. Instead, these items can be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.

Return Conditions:

  • Return Period: A 14-day return period is in place, starting from the receipt of the package. Please ensure that the return shipment, applicable only to non-personalized and custom-created products, is sent within this timeframe.
  • Return Criteria: All items must be returned in an unused and resale-worthy condition, with the attached tags still intact.
  • Non-refundable Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return costs, which vary depending on the courier and the country of return.

Product Exchange Duration: If you opt for an exchange during the return registration, we will promptly process it to ensure completion within a few days.

Unavailable Exchange Product: If your desired exchange product is unavailable, contact our customer service for alternatives. We’ll provide updates on product availability and work with you to find a solution.

Locating Order Number: Find your order number in the confirmation email received after placing the order, identified by a five-digit code. Contact customer service if you encounter issues with the email.

Faulty or Damaged Products: In case of damaged or faulty products, notify us by emailing [email protected] with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will promptly work with you to find a resolution.

Returns Outside the Period: Ensure returns are made within the 14-day period. If not feasible, explore options for exchanging the product or obtaining a voucher by contacting our customer service.

Refund Processing Time: We strive to process returns within 10 working days upon receiving the package in our warehouse. Track your return progress via the provided track and trace. Note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account after processing.
