How long until I receive my order?
Personalized items are made to order, so production takes a few business days. International shipping then typically adds about 9–15 business days. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — within 24 hours of purchase (a 5% cancellation fee applies). Because personalized items go into production quickly, please message us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number.
Can I return a personalized item?
Custom/personalized items can’t be returned once production has started. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in resale condition with tags intact. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
How do I send a photo or personalization details?
Add them right on the product page when you order. If you’ve already ordered, reply to your confirmation email or use the form above and include your order number — we’ll attach everything for you.
How do I track my order?
Use our order tracking page, or sign in to My Account. You’ll also get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
