Orders received after 16:00 will be considered as received on the next business day. The delivery time is 14 business days from the completion of the transaction.

As the product is custom-made, orders cannot be canceled after production. Orders canceled before production will incur cancellation fees of 5% of the transaction amount.

Products are shipped via our suppliers through Israel Post to nearby pickup points. While most deliveries arrive within 10-14 business days, there may be exceptions beyond our control, and the company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery companies.
