In exceptional cases, delays may occur, and orders that are delayed due to personalized products cannot be canceled. This information is also stated in our regulations regarding package delays.  It’s important to know that we are not responsible for third-party exceptions that may cause delays in delivery. 

1. Processing and Delivery Times:

Product-Specific Shipping Times: Kindly note that shipping times may vary for each product, and detailed information is provided in the respective product descriptions.
Production Time:

The creation of our products typically requires 3-5 business days before dispatch.
Shipping Time: After dispatch, Standard Shipping ensures delivery within 8-15 business days.

Please be aware that production timelines may vary during holiday seasons.

2. Modifying Shipping Address:

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the shipping address are not feasible.

3. Shipping Costs:

We provide shipping to various countries, including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Iran, Singapore, South Korea, Syria, Austria, etc.

DHL Fastest Shipping (Delivery Time 3-5 business days):$29.95.
DHL Fastest Shipping+Insurance (Delivery Time 3-5 business days): $31.94.
Standard Shipping (Delivery Time 7-15 business days):Enjoy free shipping for orders exceeding $79.00. Orders under $79.00 incur a $7.99 shipping fee or the live pricing on the site on checkout page.

Note: Specific countries exclusively support DHL shipping, such as Barbados, Benin, Bolivia, Burundi, Cayman Islands, etc.

4. Order Shipment Notification:

Upon completion of your order, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Please allow up to 8 business days for order processing due to the personalized nature of our products. Subsequently, allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Please be aware that delivery dates may be subject to change due to adverse weather conditions or holidays.

5. International Shipping:

Presently, we exclusively accept orders with U.S shipping addresses. However, international shipping is a priority, and we are actively working towards implementing this service.

6. Temporarily Undeliverable Destinations:

Regrettably, delivery is temporarily suspended to the following locations:
Iraq, Palestinian Territories, Libya, French Polynesia, Botswana, Azerbaijan, Antigua and Barbuda, Åland Islands, Bouvet Island, French Southern Territories, Congo – Kinshasa, Heard & McDonald Islands, Côte d’Ivoire, Liberia, Mali, U.S Outlying Islands, Micronesia, Antarctica, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Saint Barthélemy, Svalbard, and Jan Mayen.

7. Important Reminders:

Customized products may experience delays if remade to meet stringent quality standards.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms are not available.
Expedited shipping is not offered for P.O Box addresses.
Overnight shipping is not part of our service.
Customers are responsible for customs duties generated by DHL.
